Learn MoreMy first time there and the anesthesiologist, Dr. John Manos, yelled at me when there was a problem with my prep for the procedure and refused to answer my questions. We had words, and when I tried to resolve the situation he refused to apologize for his mistreatment. I was already nervous as he appeared disheveled and shaky so I wasn't sure what was wrong with him? Keep in mind this is a privately owned clinic with no affiliation with the hospital system and he is a per diem doctor who floats among different clinics in the area and doesn't have to concern himself with how he treats people. This place is essentially the Jiffylube of colonoscopies with little to no privacy and everyone lined up in a small room. I recommend going to a real hospital like LGH where the doctors are accountable and treat you professionally. And if you must go there, make sure you go on a day that Dr. Manos is not working..
